What areas do you serve?
We work with homeowners and businesses across the DMV: Maryland, Washington, DC, and Northern Virginia. RoyalGlo Designs is based in Silver Spring, Maryland.
How much does a consultation cost?
A Quick Consultation (30 minutes) is $100, and a 1 Hour Consultation is $200. Fees are paid securely online through Stripe.
How do I book a consultation?
Create a free account, then choose Book Consultation and pick a time that works for you with one of our designers.
Are consultations virtual?
Yes. Consultations take place over video call, so you can meet with us from anywhere. Your meeting link appears on your booking once it's confirmed.
Do you design commercial spaces as well as homes?
Yes. Alongside homes, we design small commercial offices and hospitality spaces, including boutique hotels and Airbnb rentals.
How will I know the status of my project?
Once your project starts, you can follow its milestones and review shared files from your client dashboard.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, so you can pay with any major credit or debit card. Your payment history is always available under Payments in your client portal.
Can I reschedule or cancel a consultation?
Yes. You can reschedule or cancel from My Bookings up to 24 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours, please contact us directly. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
